I haven't read the MG list but I suspect it is full of the "self promoters" as Vincent put it (works the same way in the USA). I don't know many people in this list because I am based in Silicon Valley, but being in RSA on business at the moment, I have met some interesting people. I completely agree with Kim Reid, Higgins, Apteker, Moss and there is another person I would add to this list - Hugo Schreuder. Hugo would compete with the best I have encountered in SV. I was on the first M&G list when they only did 100 people and it was great because people kept telling me they would take me to lunch even though I always ended up paying :-) I agree with Justin that Andy Higgins should be on the list, he's one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the country and people ignore him because he's not a flagrant self-promoter like the rest of us.
